FIRST TIME JOINING US?
On your first visit, head straight to our Aspen Kids registration area. Our friendly volunteer hosts will meet your family and get your kiddos registered with our Church Center check-in system. To speed up the check-in process, you can fill out our Aspen Kids New family form before you arrive. After check-in, all kids will join their family in the gym for family worship and will be dismissed to the kids area after the worship songs. Leaders will be there to help your children make their way to children's worship, but parents are welcome to walk their little ones over too. We want to make sure that you don't miss a thing, so we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the service begins to get everyone checked in and ready. You are also more than welcome to have your kids in the worship service the whole time if that is your preference.
HOW DOES CHECK-IN WORK?
When you check in your child(ren) in, you receive their name tag as well as a security code that you use when it's time to pick them up. As part of the registration and check-in process, we'll ask for your cell phone number so we can contact you in case you are needed during the service. Check-in begins 15 minutes before the beginning of service and someone will be there during the transition from worship in case you didn't make it to check-in prior to service. All children need to be checked in before attending children's worship.
WHAT WILL MY CHILD EXPERIENCE?
All children will join in on our children's large group worship and will get to hear an interactive Bible story each week. At our church, we want to bring the Word of God to life for these kids and show how each story in the Bible points to Jesus. After large group, the kids will participate in small group activities where they will explore the story, memorize scripture and pray for one another.
